Dribbble has been by far the best way for me to get work. And for $20/year??? There is really no better place on the internet for a designer to create a portfolio and have their work seen by thousands of people. My current full-time job came from a recruiter looking through local Dribbble profiles. Thank you Tobias van Schneider for them sweet sweet truths.
