“they” do indeed if, as was implied, there was to be evidence of their opposition’s criminality (as if they needed more on HRC, Skippy, DWS et al). In routine police work such passage of information is standard for arrests and extraditions; citizens can do the same — if they don’t when possible their inaction may be deemed complicity with criminals.
