Brett, congrats on the progress and success. UA has done amazing work in app engagement and for the mobile industry as a whole educating countless brands on the value of mobile in their customer communications strategies. However, your positioning is a bit too app-centric as mobile engagement isn’t only about the app in today’s market. Brands engage with their customers using SMS/MMS, email and IVR as well. It is wonderful that you are promoting “mobile engagement,” but a more balanced and expanded definition of that term is required today. Happy to discuss further anytime. Regards, Matt
