Matthew Tercsak @ Weebly

When running a retail business, owner Matthew Tercsak knows that the ability to make sales is what will either ruin or enhance profit. Through trial and error, he has found that the following sales tricks prove to be the most useful and effective.

  • Creating sales is not a task that can be done blindly, the seller or retail associate must have a good working knowledge of their product and how that item can benefit the customer. Every sales conversation should be well planned, with the closing pitch rehearsed and ready to be delivered. If the associate does not know how they are going to close the sale before the conversation takes place, the end result could go either way. This does not mean that the same speech or pitch will be given to every customer, but each sales opportunity will be planned correctly and delivered with ease.
  • Even the best sales pitches will fall flat if the customer does not believe what they are being told. The only way a customer will have faith in a product and the pitch that is being delivered is if they can see where they will benefit from ownership. The seller will not know how the item or product could impact the customer’s life if they do not take the time to ask questions and gain a sense of their customer’s needs.
  • Confidence is important when trying to sell anything, a fact that Matthew Tercsak has learned along the way. He is confident in the products at Mystik Inc.
