This just doesn’t logically follow. Was a German whose business was thriving in 1938 under Nazi rule complicit in the Nazi party, even if they vigorously opposed it?

Are white people who vigorously oppose racism complicit in it?

How exactly could a white person opt out of benefitting from the system?

I totally agree there is such a system and most, is not all, white people benefit from it. But complicity is a tough argument.

One could also argue that since the US is the biggest economy in the world some minorities have benefitted from a racist system. Are Asians then complicit? Hispanics?

This isn’t so black and white.
