I’m not saying it’s members are intending to do so, but that’s what you accomplish. You must understand the political system we operate under in order to see how fellow travelers like you help the Democrat Party of Death. When a so-called pro-life Democrat is elected to the congress or senate, the first thing they do, is elect a leader, who then selects the remainder of leadership. In our system, these leaders control the party’s agenda, what bills are advanced, and what bills are buried. Even if a so-called pro-life Democrat doesn’t vote to elect the rabidly pro-abortion leadership, they end up voting for a token candidate who can’t possibly be elected. By there very election they weaken the opposing party who is more likely to advance restrictions on abortion, and prevent funding of abortion.

Further, by advancing such absurd arguments as the “seamless garment” which essentially makes a moral equivalency between the murder of 1 million innocent unborn and the execution of a few hundred convicted murderers, and a purely prudential policy such as the federal minimum wage, you provide a degree of moral cover.

Abortion is intrinsically evil, unlike these other issues which people of good will can reasonably disagree upon.
