Great list, though I have to say for number 10 it’s a fine line between analysis paralysis and gun-slinging that seems to work best. You can have perfect information on internal metrics, but you will never have close to that about external factors, nor do you control then, so acting on imperfect information is not just needed, it’s a key skill to master.
