To me, this seems like another case of overkill on the part of the police force, but the video also excludes what exactly the man did to cause such a reaction from them. I would guess that he tried to flee or disrespected their authority in some way. If you do that, you can expect to be restrained (prosthetic leg or not) and the police have every right to do so.

I truly believe that much of this “police brutality” mentality comes from the public seeing videos that don’t ever show the original offense taking place and making assumptions based on incomplete or inaccurate information.
