Well I did not see that coming but Goldberg just defeated Brock Lesnar in 2 minutes at Survivor Series. So many emotions. When Goldberg went for the pin I said to myself, “He’s going to kick out at one.” Then it got to 2 and time stopped. I thought, “Ok false finish.” Then the 3 count happened. I was instantly 8 years old again. I was in K-Mart begging my mom to buy me a Goldberg T-shirt. It was the kind of magic that only wrestling can give you. A lot wrestling nerds are going to be mad about the outcome. Say it was waste. It’s not a waste to Goldberg’s son. It’s not a waste to every kid who chanted Goldberg in the 90’s. Superheroes are real. This one carries a jack hammer.
