I could not agree more with you Maria. That is the sort of mindset I am trying to apply back in Brazil as a UX Designer. However stakeholders of traditional companies seems to have the same old mindset of finding shortcuts for saving money and time. No good for business. It is good to know that there are companies such as Booking that serves as cases for funding my arguments. :)
