How I Lost 22 Pounds In 2 Months Without Dieting

I’ve gotten quite a few comments over the last few weeks ranging from “you look skinnier” and “you seem happier” to “you look more um… compact”. I’ve never been a ‘dieter’ per se (and I’m far from a 6-pack), but here are a few simple things I’ve changed in my life that dropped me from 205 to 183 in less than 60 days.
