I have to say that your posts resonates so much for me. As a member of LGBT+ scene and a resident to Orlando but taking some time for work in another state, I had no one at my office ask me if I was okay. No one even bothered to acknowledge if I needed any time or someone to talk to. I told everyone at the office that I am a student in Orlando and that it is not too far away from where I call home. But no one even batted an eye, it is even worse because I had to seek help and no one knew who I could go to speak about it at the time and that really showed a light on how unable some people are to empathize with others. It is an interesting thing tech. But absolutely love your article. Thank you so much for this.
