Hey Kevin! Thanks for the support and detailed list of ideas.

I haven’t been using any supplements.

Since I’m trying to demonstrate that each of my challenges is accessible to anyone, I figured using supplements may muddy the story. Supplements are clearly not magic, but can often be thought of as just that, so I wanted to prevent an interpretation of “Of course, he made it to 40. He was using supplements” as the main reason for my success.

As far as the other exercises you recommended, I’ll give them a try.

I’ve been doing a range of exercises (many similar to the ones you’ve suggested) off camera, but tend to share the 90-degree pull-ups on Medium, as a consistent way to check-in on my progress.
