The power of habit tracking

Hi, have you heard of habit tracking? It’s pretty cool.

The benefits of tracking your habits are nice. Here are some benefits:

  • You feel more motivated because you can see your progress
  • You know more about how your habits work, like what trigger you to miss your habits
  • Long-term progress. You can compare how much you improve over months or years.
  • Clear progress. You will feel like you didn’t achieve anything even though you did if your progress isn’t clear.

So habit tracking is pretty nice. And I assume you would like to do them. Habit tracking isn’t hard at all. Here’s how.

Things you need

  • A pencil or pen
  • A book

Step 1: draw a table

Step 2: fill in the blanks (month, dates, day and habits)

Step 3: tick to finish a task or write down your time spent on tasks or habits
