Cooking Before Contracts…

I’m writing this first post from the gate at LAX, about to embark on a 4 and a half month journey through culinary school in Florence, around Italy and many other parts of Europe, a road trip through Iceland with some friends and finally a trip through Scotland with my parents. For the next three weeks I will be learning Italian in Florence before I begin my culinary school adventures.
