I love this! Great example of how we are influenced by our Cravings, especially for social media and technology. Check out Crave21.org, they have an awesome challenge where you give up your biggest craving for 21 days and replace it with a healthier habit. I’m doing it right now! Giving up Netflix and picking up Reading (which is what brought me to your post!) I’m already seeing the benefits haha.
