Momentum allows you to chain flow state after flow state and take MASSIVE action, requiring only moderate effort.

And in this piece, I want to share specific steps with you to enable you to leverage momentum starting today.

Now, there are macro momentum and micro momentum.

Macro momentum is built over the course of weeks and can sustain you for many months.

When you see the big picture, progressively overload your action-taking, and build sustainable habits, you’ll soon pick up steam.

You’ll be driven by inspiration and excitement toward your goals, and fueled by the momentum you’re building through your habits and action-taking.

As long as you don’t get overconfident and stretch yourself too far, you’ll make MASSIVE progress in those periods.

On a smaller, daily scale there is micro momentum.

When you get your morning right and start ticking boxes right from the start, it will be fairly easy to continue moving strong.

Getting your most important work done first thing in the morning, hitting the gym, eating clean, reading, meditating, and leaving your phone off.
