Last week I promised to deliver a fail-proof technique to help you control your own thoughts.

This is crucial because your thoughts influence your emotions.

And your emotions influence your actions.

Understanding this relationship will allow you to be active and create, instead of being a victim to the circumstances.

Essentially, controlling your own thoughts will enable you to gain full control over your actions.

This will make you resilient to urges and cravings, and allow you to take action.

No more “motivation” problems or lacking self-discipline that stops you from getting shit done.

To gain mastery over your own thoughts, you’ll want to employ something I call “Brain State Management”.

This is a framework that allows you to switch your brain from “consumer” into “creator” mode, unlocking deep concentration and creativity.
