How to Leverage The Compound Effect of Learning

On my self-development journey, one realization was absolutely profound:

Every minute you spend learning, growing, and developing yourself will compound for the rest of your life.

Think about it:

To be arbitrary, let’s say that you are 25 years old and are going to live for at least 55 more years.

When you read a book today, you’ll gain the benefits of what you’ve read in about 10 hours for the next 349.800 hours of your life (55 years).

Pretty good deal, right?

Read three books and you’ll gain the benefits of those 30 hours for a MILLION hours total.

This might not be very scientific math, but you get the point.

Learning something new will not just benefit you once, it will continue to benefit you every single day for the rest of your life.

The benefits of learning, experiencing, or training are exponential.

This means that there is NOTHING you can do that is more valuable than this.

And the more knowledge, experience, and skills you have, the more value you’ll be able to provide — which will help your career, relationships, and mission in life.
