Why You Should Focus On Processes, Not Outcomes

This makes results come naturally

Almost everybody has goals or at least aspirations.

But how come that 95% of people don’t get the success and results that they want?

Mainstream media and formal education make you believe that only a few people can live their ideal life.

And I’m not talking about eating caviar and drinking champagne. I’m talking about living a life that is filled with purpose and meaning, with excitement, personal growth, and the things and people you love.

This isn’t something that is reserved for the exceptional few. 99% of people don’t even realize 1% of their potential.

And I believe this is partly due to the human tendency to focus on outcomes.

People dream about getting status, losing a specific amount of weight, buying a dream house, finding a perfect partner.

Focusing on outcomes won’t help you achieve them. Exhibit A: 99% of society.

But I didn’t write this post just to rant about society. Instead, I want to give you the missing piece:

To get the outcomes you desire, you have to focus on the PROCESS.
