Everything said in the article, about advertising being an unnecessary expense, sounds logical and true. But the ad revenues for digital companies (Google and Facebook) keeps skyrocketing. So, are you just calling out a trend early? Or, are you saying Musk can do this but most others can’t?
What about companies that sell cigarettes or alcohol. Not much value in product quality there I’d imagine. Especially cigarettes.
What about companies that primarily sell B2B. IT solutions. Pharmaceuticals. Do they need advertising? Or do rules change based on what you sell and who you sell it to?
