Hello guys! Before moving directly into the core part, let’s learn about the CRM and technologies used to build the open-source template to fulfill CRM needs.
What is Customer relationship management (CRM)?
Customer relationship management is an approach to manage the company’s interaction with current and potential customers. As soon as the company’s growth increases, it is essential that the company has a centralized place where all the information resides.
It may have a bad impact on your team unless their questions like who are our customers, how to get in touch with them, how to keep interactions tracking etc. CRM system is built to deal with these kinds of daily tasks. With the centralized system, it’s easy to organize all the details of your leads and your customers.
Who should use the CRM system?
Any company that wants to maintain a relationship with its customers can benefit from the CRM system. The group of companies like B2B companies, which typically need to track their customers with long sales cycles can benefit most of it.
Reporting and visualization: It's always difficult to maintain the Sales on Excel spreadsheets. It’s always the requirement to show sales by month, by quarter to top management. With the CRM system, you will have all the information in one system and it's really easy to take out standard reports or visualize in beautiful dashboards.

What is Quasar Framework? Build responsive webpages at a faster pace. You can expedite the development with the Quasar Framework bu utilizing the inbuilt components. It is very easy to make your own components to reuse them wherever needed. The Quasar Framework is a tool in the Front-End Frameworks category of a tech stack.
I researched a bit and found that the free templates are important for companies who want to build their own CRM system to track their daily activity. So I decided to build one free CRM template with the beautiful Quasar Framework.
Vue.js: Vue.js is an open-source Model–view–viewmodel JavaScript framework for building user interfaces and single-page applications.
The Quasar Framework is the front-end framework with VueJS components for best-in-class high-performance, responsive websites. I found after research that many sales representatives use devices like the iPad or sometimes use their mobile phones. It was necessary for me to build a fully responsive website when the Quasar Framework was the best fit.
