Y’all, I’ve got a problem.

When I say I “ghost,” I mean the following:

  • I forget, cancel, and dip out on plans frequently.
  • I take weeks to remember to reply to texts and emails. …

But I’m too afraid — and ashamed — to call it “that bad”
