That reminds me of my ex- boss who usually liked to give lectures about the body language & the self control and all of that was completely absurd for me because first of all it was always irrelevant to the topic i was discussing & second, i really couldn’t see in him the role model of the things he speaks about.I was not able to see a leader or a good boss in him. He even like to draw on papers so he can explains better to me ( the poor girl)since I was the only female team leader among 3 males & 2 managers.
