Upload a base64 image data from NodeJs to AWS S3 Bucket

I write about code that works for me. Codes I’ve tried from the web seem to work for others but, surprisingly, not for me. So I’ve created a simple gist, modified from homam’s.
Before, I wanted to POST a base64 string using GraphQL but GraphQL does not support posting base64 to your server as the data is considered to be too large.
