Interesting read. I disagree with your point about deadlines, you can focus all you want on the outcome but that won’t change it. The reason why people fail at their goals or i.e. deadlines is because of the systems underneath it.

It is a great example! Yeah, totally can relate as well. Sleeping, eating healthy and regularly exercising (even if not a lot) ensured a good shape for me too.
Now I just should take the same advice in the business world and do less and pick few things.
