Hi Danis, thank you for the feedback. I’d say the most recent example in my life would be in my health and fitness.
For several years I’d have too many health goals: to lose weight, build muscle, build fitness, get better at boxing, improve healthy cooking, sleep before 11 pm and so on.

It’s important to separate useful lessons and strategies that work, from the individual. Or else we won’t be open minded to learning from everyone, including the so called “bad guys.”
