  1. Purple lights: Many streetlights across Fort Worth have been turning purple as they near the end of their life cycle, and the Transportation & Public Works Dept. team is working on replacing the 1,100 reported lights over the next few months. See a purple light? Report it on the MyFW app.
  2. City Council: After the Jan. 31 City Council Meeting was cancelled due to icy weather, those items were rolled into this Tuesday’s meeting. Preview the agenda that includes 28 zoning cases, a registration ordinance for legal short-term rentals, the Fort Worth Botanic Garden master plan, and more.
  3. Valentine’s Day: Visit Fort Worth has you covered with tips on what to eat and where to go for a fun Valentine’s Day in Fort Worth.

BONUS: Catch up on new Go Time in Fort Worth podcast episodes where I am catching you up on City Council issues like Chief’s Community Advisory Board and the Future City Hall project update and catching up with the Texas Rangers on their bicentennial celebrations.
