The 7 Benefits of a Meatless Tuesday! Sustainability

The world doesn’t have to adopt a vegan or vegetarian line, say whatever you want, but that Sunday barbecue was fine! Within a balanced diet, meat protein is critical, but this food can easily be replaced with others, there are many dietary possibilities that have the same amount of protein and vitamin as grains, fruits, vegetables.
According to the United Nations (UN) the world population has a great tendency to increase in the coming years, however the planet does not have enough resources to grow this food, in order to supply this high demand, it is necessary to seek sustainability. So it is crucial to think a little outside of the box, and realize that your grandchildren may not have a good diet in the future, not even the grandchildren of your grandchildren, whatever. They could think of no meat, no meat well done or undercooked, no barbecue.
I still think that at this rate, I don’t know if there will be any planet…

So what is this silly post about?
Do yourself a favor, reduce meat consumption, and try something new!
Here are some health and environmental benefits from reducing meat consumption:
1. Cut public health spending thanks to a lower incidence of heart disease, diabetes, some cancers.
2. Reduction of greenhouse gases
3. More forests and biodiversity
4. savings on water consumption,
5. Willingness and well-being
6. Better skin appearance, brighter and healthier
7. Improved bowel function (you can shit better)

The idea is very simple, just appreciate in moderation, because if the world aligns with a vegetarian diet, the impacts are not beneficial either, can be devastating and cause damage to spherical proportions, as for example, some peoples may lose their cultural identity , crisis in world health, economics impacts. This set of factors leads us to realize that we are not yet prepared for a drastic change, which would cause serious damage to the world society. Most important of this list is food awareness, knowing where the food comes from, and what impacts it has on your health and the environment in which you live.

Now here is a suggestion, put next to that tasty piece of filet steak, some vegetables that will side dish your barbecue, so that your meat consumption is reduced or moderate. And why tuesday? Ah beacuse Monday has the barbecue left over of Sunday and Wednesday is soccer day…
