What is the CAT exam?
CAT is an aptitude test for admission to management courses offered by some top management institutes in India. It is one of the most recognized and difficult entrance exams in India. This entrance exam is always conducted by one of the IIMs and CAT 2022 is conducted by IIM Banglore.In general, more than 200,000 students take the exam each year. In 2022, the CAT can take place on November 27, 2022 this year. The call for applications for this year’s exam will be published on July 24, 2022 (provisional).

CAT registration
CAT registration for the 2022 exam will begin on August 2, 2022 (estimated date) and the registration window will remain open until September 24, 2022. In order to complete the CAT application form, candidates must register for the exam. The CAT registration process is entirely online and the application form will be available on the official IIM website.
CAT Exam Eligibility
The candidate must meet the following conditions for CAT Eligibility:
The candidate must have a university degree of at least three years, with at least 50% qualifications, 45% in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) / Disability Different (DA). The degree of degree must have been conferred by one of the universities established by an Act of Parliament or an Assembly (central or governmental body in India) or other educational institution established or to be chartered as by an Act of Parliament have been retained.
Section 3 College UGC Act 1956 or equivalent qualification documented by the Government of India Department of Education. The CAT Exam Syllabus is divided into three main sections, which in turn are divided into several sub-topics. CAT Exam Pattern
The duration of this entrance exam is 2 hours (120 minutes) and a total of 75–80 questions will be asked in this year’s exam. an online mode. For each correct answer, the candidate receives 3 points and for each wrong answer, 1 point is deducted. For PWD applicants, an additional 13 minutes will be provided in each section to complete your exam.
