Interesting to read how we all trying to frame the same issue and tailor the solutions to our own lives. Here some of mine:

  1. Email notifications off.
  2. Ruthlessly pruned app selection. Every app answers ‘yes’ to the kind of life I want to live.
  3. No wi-fi at home. All heavy data time-wasting activities out the window. If you want to see something specific, either pre-download or go to the library/cafe. Home resembles a sanctuary of uninterrupted focus now.
  4. No headphones in public spaces. Feel the environment. Travelling is an exception.
