Assuming every 0.00000001 BTC is its own output is a nice little trick to scare non-technical people reading your post. But it is *utterly* unrealistic.

A more plausible “worst case” scenario would be every human being on the planet having one UTXO (HD wallets usually tend to combine all outputs into 1 eventually.) With 7 billion of us, this puts the worst case UTXO set size at 1,610 GB (the avg entry size is closer to 230 bytes, not 350). Much smaller than your “574,000,000 GB”…

I have never read a decent technical argument against increasing the block size to 2MB. Your post is no exception.
