Thanks for sharing! We do something similar with Beep Boop but it’s in our BeepBoopHQ Slack team. If a user asks for help we ask if they want to talk to some humans and the bot creates a new channel named after the user and invites our team.
This has worked really well within one Slack team, but we’re considering the same scenario but through a bot much like you’ve done. We’re experimenting with ways to solve the multiplexing problem that requires you to reference conversation thread IDs like “-u 6".
