BBVA LATAM. Research on bank insurance.
We did a benchmark to understand the situation of the digital experience in banks insurance industry. We compared several competitors in a qualitative and quantitative research. The research focused on the key moments in the digital experience. We followed the format of a heuristic analysis to get the quantitative data. In the quantitative research we compared the digital experience of the competitors and BBVA, translated it into quantifiable data and graphics.
