Wonderful to see this article. I appreciate the effort and research you put into it. I was an electronic technician on St Paul at the Coast Guard Loran station from March 1972 to March 1973. It was possibly the most interesting year of my life. I have never met anyone since who was aware of the Pribilofs or the enormous fur seal population which summered there. Thank you for writing this!
