The inner-flow vs. the outer-flow
Jonas Ellison

Oh boogers. I wrote a lovely response and touched something with some finger and disappeared it. I love the image you’ve chosen for your words. How water smooths rock. How the soft center meets the rough edges of reality, or circumstance, or as you called it, the rat race (even rats have soft centers, i’m guessing). I used to squirrel my sensitivity away, to protect my vulnerability, but it took so much energy, and I lived in so much fear. I’m freer now, and the inner and outer complement, enhance each other’s flowing. It’s a delightful way to live, not trying to swim against the current.

Thank you for your thoughtful offering.
