Nobody’s talking about writing code themselves. They just want to see it. You assert that this code is better than 99% of what’s out there…but that’s a low bar when you’re talking about software that determines whether someone lives or dies. And there’s plenty of evidence that bad code in devices has already lead to many serious medical errors, even deaths. Why shouldn’t knowledgeable experts like Moe and Sandler easily be able to review the code in their own devices?
