What is 75 Hard?

“75 Hard” is a fitness program developed by entrepreneur Andy Frisella. The program consists of a series of challenging tasks that participants must complete every day for 75 consecutive days. These tasks include:

  1. Follow a diet with no cheat meals and no alcohol for the entire 75 days
  2. Exercise twice a day for a total of 45 minutes each time, with one workout being outdoors
  3. Drink at least one gallon (3.8 liters) of water every day
  4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book every day
  5. Take a progress picture every day

The idea behind the program is to build mental toughness and discipline by pushing yourself to complete these difficult tasks every day for 75 days. It’s not meant to be easy, and participants are encouraged to stick with it even when it gets challenging.
