This is the reason I see for why burnout is so difficult to identify and then to treat. Each case is different, and the system of causes it can come from is too. I am also very sad that the medical world has not yet responded with a systemic approach too and still consider burnout as a classic illness that has isolated and easy to read symptoms, as well as easy to prescribe solutions.
