While I acknowledge that this is in jest. I also think its a serious problem. People need to stop lumping people into categories.
All White people are racists.
All Minorities are victims.
All Women are mistreated, underpaid, and underappreciated.
All Men are misogynists.
All Policemen hate black people.
All Politicians are corrupt.
All Democrats/Progressives are snowflakes.
All Republicans are racist, misogynist, homophobes.
All Christians are intolerant, homophobes.
All Muslims are terrorists.
Almost any reader can find themselves in one or more of these categories and maybe some are part of the stereotype, but for every person who fits the stereotype, there are 100 who do not.
Judging people as groups solves nothing and often causes them to because the very type of people you despise.
It is time to start looking at all people as individuals, all white, black, gay, straight, conservative, liberal, religious, non-religious people are not alike, and making grand assumptions about large groups of people will only perpetuate hatred and division.
In conclusion, I get this article is a joke, but sadly too many people don’t think of it that way.
