Hi Elly,

I do not get this point, curious to hear your thoughts. Maybe I am missing something.

Scrum and Kanban both support continuous delivery. You can release as often as you want with both Kanban and Scrum.

Why do you believe that Kanban is better suited for continuous delivery?

If you have a Kanban and Scrum team with the same cycle time and they both release after finishing, then there is no difference in time (after starting) to release something.

Only difference is that in Kanban you have more flexibility when something is picked up. So the start time might be earlier with Kanban.
