Hi William, thanks for the article — this is a really good idea. My Father-in-law has racked up cancelled Uber charges as he can’t operate the App easily and there will be many like him who have a combination of age-related long sightedness and relatively low technology prior experience. So for them they can’t see the graphics easily, can’t read some of the text at all, nor understand what they can/need to do for each next step in the task sequence.
