This is an intriguing statement to me as I agree with it completely. I find this notion interesting because a lot of the time, stereotypes are portrayed using comedy; because they are well, funny. It is also interesting because stereotypes are generally still followed and known even though they are “funny” and even sometimes ridiculous people still believe in what is being stereotyped.
