3 Powerful Steps to Project Team Success
It very obvious when you thinking something big you have to work with a team. Then a million-dollar question comes How will I deal with an amazing team as a beginner. Well, a few days ago I worked on the ‘Power-X-Gym’ project with my teammate Shakil Ahmed.
This is basically a “React” based application. One of the core technology like React, React Router, React Hooks, PayPal, Express & MongoDB. Well, based on this experience I try to explain some powerful steps to project team success.
Maintain Todo
I think this is must need tools when you start anything in your life. Through this philosophy, In our project first all we try to maintain a todo through Trello.
Here, we note down any single step of our project. Keep in mind, this sort of paperwork depends on the big portion of the project's success. We target three days to finished this project. Then every day we try to maintain our todo. Note that, try to make the best todo with your team co-operation.
Effective Communication
I believe, Communication skill is one of the best characteristics of every human being. So, try to best use these tools for every teamwork. Remember that, After creating the best Todo if you are not good at communication to be sure your project can’t be finished on time. So, try to maintain these tools in your own way.
Accept and Manage Problems
It’s very simple when you create or start something there are many problems that come into your project. In this situation, one the only way to accept this problem and manage problems as soon as possible. So, try to develop this type of attitude each and every team member.
Actually, I believe, these 3 steps help us to successfully build our ‘Power-X-Gym’ project to be on time. Hopefully, It also helpful for every teamwork project.
