Nice article, great basics everyone should know. I would add two things. First, if you’re doing this for web be sure to use the correct h1-h6 tags to markup your content. Doing so will automatically provide the visual structure even if the sizes recommended here are not be the same. Don’t just apply styles to achieve the sizing difference. Second, also applying bold to the headings increases the visual difference in makes it easier to scan the content.
