Your first citation is not cited at all, and in response to a query of how patriarchy hurts women it merely states a rallying slogan of feminism and explains how feminism, not patriarchy, is a challenge to the nuclear family and family values- no doubt a negative for women as well as for men.

It is nice to pee standing up, though men and women are by no means a different species, just two halves of the same whole -- meant to complement each other, therefore having different yet interdependent characteristics.
