I too feel the same way. This is supposed to be their flagship device, but there aren’t any real flagship features as you pointed out. Nothing that separates it from the $300 devices with the same OS already available aside from some increased local storage and… a pen that isn’t even included.

This is a high end product with low end features. It is sad, because once they started talking about it during the presentation I was ready to sell off my Surface Pro 4, but by the time I finished viewing their page after the presentation I asked myself who is this for, because it certainly wasn’t a device for me. And why is this even necessary? Well… maybe next year they will get it right.
