This was very informative and extremely scary (for the parent of two tween-aged girls dying to get their first cell phones). We are going to make up a contract for them and make them responsible for paying the bill out of their allowance. I like the idea of more control, though. Teens push boundaries and there can be harmful repercussions. Plus, the phone belongs to the parents (we bought it) so we control it. And yes, that includes the passwords to access any and everything on it.
