My dad has two food things he gets fired up about:

  1. The fact that I am the only person he knows who still buys milk. Organic 2% to be exact. I like it in my tea, oatmeal, cereal, etc. He takes a lot of glee in telling me that EVERYONE ELSE in the world has switched to non-dairy milk.
  2. The fact that golden delicious and red delicious apples are no longer delicious. He said that back in the day, those apples actually tasted good, but now they have become garbage.
