Aaaaarrrrgggghhh. My last food book (Meathead, The Science of Great Barbecue and Grilling) sold just under 100,000 copies in the first year and is still going strong. The publisher has come back with a very big advance for a sequel. I haven’t signed the contract yet. Wish you hadn’t posted this and made my life difficult.
